Postmodern Village Terms of Use

Use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please leave this site.

You may freely use information from the articles published as part of the EastWesterly Review provided you properly cite the source. Properly citing the source, in any method (MLA, Chicago, AP) includes the author's name, title of article, title of source (here, the EastWesterly Review), and date published (or accessed). Since this is an Internet source, most formats will require a web address as well. Failure to provide this information is a form of plagiarism, a serious crime with equally serious consequences.

Material found on postmodernvillage.com remains the intellectual property of its originator. Also, be aware that some articles may be published under a pseudonym: in such cases, the creator of the pseudonym and actual creator of the material retain ownership. Some authors contributing to the EastWesterly Review have chosen to use a pseudonym to explore new, possibly controversial, ways of examining culture without jeopardizing their career and publishing trajectory.

Submissions of poetry are not being accepted at this time; however, critical analyses of culture are welcomed. Please refer to submission guidelines here.

postmodernvillage.com is not responsible for the material on any web sites linking to it nor any sites linked out from postmodernvillage.com. Links to and from postmodernvillage.com are not indications of endorsement.

Most of the material on postmodernvillage.com is of an adult nature, primarily because kids don't get most of the jokes. Mock-critical theories of imaginary Jack London texts aren't really their cup of tea. If you're offended, leave the site: it's just that simple.
