happiness freakout

is Frosted Flakes eaten
out of the box with saliva-sticky fingers
while cross-legged on clean carpet
watching morning cartoons
one perfect Saturday
windows open
it having rained all night

softly

leaving a sweet sugar mist
that hasn't yet disappeared
